Owners can list their week for sale on (insert website here in red) for a low fee, and the listing remains active until the associated rental period ends.
For floating weeks, listings are valid for six months.
For both rentals and sales, owners have two options:
- Keep 100% of the profits by managing the transaction directly, or
- Choose the results-based model, where a clear fee is only charged at closing.

Our team handles the entire sale or rental process of your vacation unit — including promotion, client interactions, negotiation, and closing. You only pay for our services upon successful closing, ensuring the best market value with zero hassle on your part. - Option 2: Low Upfront Fee (Partner Model)
You pay a low initial fee and become a partner. Your vacation unit is published across our platforms, and interested clients contact you directly using the contact details you provide (phone, email, etc.). You set the price, handle inquiries, and close the transaction independently, with our support available if needed.
